If I were you, I would go to iris cubits and look for a lady named Michele. She is in France, if I remember right. She orders from Cayeux. She might be able to be a go between in interpreting to them your concerns. If you do not find her right away you could message PollyK or Dee of Snowpeak iris they are the ones that are admin people for the cubits. They correspond with Michele.

I'm from Denmark, I'm also waiting for my irises, but I only ordered them 2 weeks ago. They have just send me a news letter( 2 days ago) , so there must be somebody still working.

I've got my irises today, so they are still alive.
