Schreiner 2009 Cover Iris

If you go to the Schreiner site, you can see the cover of next year's catalog. I think that the cover iris is really pretty. Does anyone know anything about it? I am guessing that "Can't Touch This" may be in its parentage. This has not been a great grower for me, and so I am curious. I don't think I'll be able to resist that one next spring!

Looks somewhat like Ghio's 'Vapor' of a few years back.

Yes, that blue band on Can't Touch This is such a rich shade. Unfortunately, it just hasn't done well here. I'm definitely willing to try another plant again, though, some time in the future.

I saw that new Iris growing in their Display Garden last Spring & it really IS that blue! Loads of flowers on it as well. Can't recall it's name, however.
I'd guess it's a 'Can't Touch This' kid, too. Will be a long wait for the new catalog...
