Running late

So it's November and I haven't gotten around to dividing and moving my irises. I'm in MD at the border of zones 6 and 7.

Shall I leave them for this year and divide and move them after they bloom in spring? Or can I do so now if I make sure to keep the roots intact as much as possible?
