Winter Iris Photos

recently we had 15 cm of snow here in Slovenia (Europe) which is not that usual for our climate.

The grass was all covered but the irises stood out a bit.

If anyone else has some interesting winter pictures of their irises and garden please post.

Wishing a happy new year and many blooms for those in summer climates.

Great photo, Ivan! No snow in Southern California. But I have 'Total Recall' and 'Telepathy' in bloom.

Wow, your's have much better leaves in the snow, than mine have without snow. I think the rainy season is why. Most of my leaves tend to rot off in the winter, but the plants get a good start in Spring.

They remind me of passerbys on the street. Nice shot!
