I ordered from them a couple of times several years ago, but so many turned out to be wrongly ID'd. I personally will not go back there.

The last order I did with them, I never got a single iris I ordered, the iris sent seemed like it was some one else's order and a much smaller order then mine was to began with.

They blamed school kids they had to dig and pack iris for getting every thing all messed up

Always check Garden Watchdog before buying from a company you are not familiar with.

I was a long time customer of Riverview Iris Gardens untill my last order which i did not get a single one I ordered.

Generally I don't buy bulbs of any kind from commercial outlets. I use national organizations and local chapters as my sources of new bulbs. Google a national organization such as AIS (American Iris Society) where you can find local chapters. At the local level you are buying from local enthusiasts.

Riverview use to advertise in the AIS quarterly book, I am a member of AIS, Tony has been very sick, they should not selling if he is sick

We knew him personally and figured that he would eventually weed himself out of the business. His gardens were very nice though unmarked. Last we heard he was learning to read. We ordered from him a couple of times only because we couldn't get certain iris from other sources. Yes, they were cheaper than anywhere else but not a single bonus was included!!!
