gmason's photography kept me up all night

Last night I discovered gmason's phototrail albums of irises.

My bedtime is 9pm.

Last night, I got to bed at 2am.
Those photographs are so beautiful they are a menace, not only to one's sleep, but also to one's bank account. Stay away, or you'll have some explaining to do to your significant other.

Oops, you mentioned phototrail!

George's photos were always great and then he bought a digital 'single lens reflex'. Now he's downright dangerous and within striking distance of Keppel's, Mid-America, and the other PNW growers. I hope all our good photographers are out in force this spring!

That is a great site!...I'm sure I will be enjoying it during the upcoming cold gray months. Thank's for the heads-up.

Thank goodness for all of you iris photographers. I'm trapped like a rat at work in the Spring and have not been able to visit the iris gardens in person.

Jumpin4joy, I'm taking your post as a promise!

Could some explain to a novice what MDB and SDB stand for?

Thanks.

Hi Harry,
SDB and MDB are dwarf bearded irises. SDB stands for Standard Dwarf Bearded (8-16" tall) and MDB stands for Miniature Dwarf Bearded (under 8").

They won't grow in Southern California, so I am unfamilar with the real thing, but boy do I love the photos.
