 o
Suggestions please?

Posted by zen_act ACT Australia (My Page) on

I am hoping to get some advice on how to cover up that ugly hotwater system on the wall (upper left in the picture). I was thinking of hanging / covering the cage with…,well I don’t know what. Whatever is put over the cage must allow airflow. Any ideas?

p.s. I know I have asked this question a year ago but that was during the design phase of my garden. Now that is near completion I (you) can see the style I am trying to achieve. The link below are to these prior responses.

maybe by coloring it to more closely match the brick and mortar tones it will blend in better. Just a thought... that way there is no obstruction for the vented area.
Hope that helps a little

You might try white washing or painting the brick white or planting to soften the wall.

You could mount a plaque of some kind in front of, but not touching the system. You might try something that is less square, or a rectangle frame with a natural looking drawing in it. I like the idea of white washing too.
