What's a good tofu marrinade for grilling that you like. Is the tofu in the pic sitting on a mushroom? Looks great - bet it goes real good with the beer. Also, how do they do the fish? I assume the scales are removed first - this might be a good way to get rid of a bunch of blue gill in my pond.
Also do you have any pics of an acer palmatum forest - I'd like to see what they look in the wild.
