| The sentimental value is a difficult story. To limit that impact is an extra argument to get back to the state you (and the tree) where in prior to the explosion. In such case you should not only count the price of the (comparable) tree but also account for removal of the old stump (including transport), preparation for planting, transport and actual placement of a new, comparable, tree. This will probably amount to thousands of $. You may best look for a local horticulturist and or garden-shop to get the best (and usable) price indication or even a proposal. Piet, |
