Can you name this plant/bush/tree?

| I saw a bush/small tree that looks like a bonzai/willow tree. What I saw is about 2 feet high by 1 feet wide. I saw this plant in a garden, and the plant looked half willow tree and half bonzai. Any thoughts? |

| Hmm please describe the foilage and any more details you can find. Size is not relevant... the texture and color and other details are more interesting... /henrik |
