My garden is a bit of a blank canvas, it's approx 20 square and accessed by patio doors onto paving, I plan to put decking over the paving. I attempted to do the garden last year and put a strip along the back so I could put a BBQ and bamboo in, other than that its blank.
Any ideas on how I could create a low maintenance Japanese garden. I'd like to keep a small area of grass as I do yoga.
I'm unsure of plants to plant. I love color, quirky, the more unusual the better !! Any ideas ?
