can anyone teach me how to make artificial rocks for my new japanese garden. the artificial rocks being sold are very expensive and not really the correct ones i'm looking for - and the real rocks i can find in nurseries are basically 'volcanic' looking ones that are dark brown in color and not very nice but verrrry heavy. i believe there is a simple way of making rocks but am not too sure exactly where to start.
