Hi:

I recently obtained 5 koi from a person going through a divorce who know longer wanted them. The fish were in a pond much too small for them. I noticed one of the fish had scraggly fins. Any idea what causes that and what can be done about it? I'd post a photo, but it doesn't look like I can do that in this forum (If I can, please tell me how and I will.)
