Unknown plants in Koi pond

Can anybody identify the plants in these two photos?
They were in a Koi pond at a house we visited recently.
In the top image, I am referring to the plants bearing the pinkish flowers.
In the second image it is the plants that have little blue flowers inside the red circle.

Forgive my naivete, it seems the folks who own the house might have a garden pond instead of a Koi pond, my bad.

Blue Pickeral is a beautiful weed isn't it? I also have it in my garden pond for the first time this year and I'm loving it. Mine is contained in pots, so it will not get out of control.
