Hi, I am a 1st timer here and I LOVE IT!!!!!!! My question? I have a hugh orange KOI and was being chased by a smaller one (guessing the obvious) We have a beautiful pond that was very green then we were able to clear it for a day and saw her. SHE IS MISSING what happened? We do have a slate block with 2 openings for hiding. My husband put his hand in one and then the other and still can't find her nor have we seen her. HELP!!!!!

You can try using a Scarecow to protect your other fish from the same fate. It's motion activated and should work. Just remember to keep it on when your not watching the fish.

Scarecrow didn't work for me after a couple weeks - and I had TWO of them. A tasty (and easy) fish dinner is a pretty strong incentive for a heron. Covering the pond with a net overnight and when you're not around is the only thing that has done the job.
