disappearing koi

| Last week I put five 3" koi into my pond which already contained 2 rainbow trout (12"-14") and one 6"koi. I never saw them again, although the original 3 fish are still there. Did the trout eat them or are they hiding? |

| Could be either may be hiding because of big trout but could have been dinner too. |

A trout 12" to 14" are very likely to eat any 3 inch fish you put with them.I would be surprised that they have'nt eaten the six inch koi as well.I've seen them eat some pretty big stuff.
Hope they are just hiding though.
