dead koi

I woke up this morning and found 6 of my 8 koi dead in my 400 gallon pond. It rained last night but as far as I know there are no chemicals near my pond. I checked the water chemistry and ph, nitrates, amonia and salt level apprear ok. The filter and waterfall are operational and water temp is fine.
Any ideas? |

| Sorry for your loss.. but 400 gallon pond cannot handle 8 koi.. hope you find the reason for the deaths.. again sorry I have lost koi myself for different reasons and its not a happy event.. goodluck.. and expand your pond if you want to keep koi.. were they new koi? Koi virus is a big deal.. hopefully you dont have this condition.. as it will kill off the rest.. |
