 o
no hardening off

For the last 3 years I have skipped hardening off my tomato plants by planting tiny 4 leaf plants inside walls of water the first week of April. I wouldn't dare plant without the WOWs until the middle of May. So far so good. They just keep right on growing without any transplant shock.
I've also succeeded in planting broccoli from seed the middle of March in WOWs.
Sure saves lots of transplanting and problems with wind.
