| last year was horrid with infestations of hornets/wasps in the out buildings and in my portable greenhouse. As the weather got colder I was able to remove 19 nests! Now they want to return to the greenhouse. Since I won't use poisons, I was desperate for a repellant. Then the idea of using garlic as is normally found in garlic sprays. I wrapped cloves of peeled and halved cloves in cheesecloth and hung one bundle in each area. The wasps left! As long as I don't get any Italian variety I should be okay. :-) |
