Has anyone mixed lemons with limes to form a mix of some kind.

Perhaps limon × C. aurantifolia is a 'Genoa' Lemon × 'Mexican' lime but I cannot determine if a "'Mexican' lime" is a true lime.

Apparently a Perrine is a true lemon-lime hybrid but again I cannot find very good accounts of this citrus either.

If you mean grafting the two fruits on the same rootstock I am quite sure that is quite possible.
