Cucumber Beetle Trap

There is a discussion on the Vegetable thread about a very excellent experiment in making a trap for cucumber beetles. Have a look.

Over at a search for orange "plastic pots" gives us one hit, just happens to be two inch, but the picture don't look too orange to me.

That link was fascinating and fun to read! I can't help but wonder if soapy water in the cup would also be effective to kill, instead of Sevin (soapy h2o kills JBs). Unfortunately I don't have any beetles to try it on; I plant radishes around the cukes, squashes, and melons; that seems to be effective so far.
