A 'Martin' Experiment

| This is a little experiment to see if our pal Martin will come up with a link which will purport that a certain British and Canadian holiday actually has origins related to its name. It doesn't, so far as anyone knows, but I predict that Martin will buy into some myth or other, just to be contrary. I may be wrong. We shall see.
