Growing plants under a porch????

I have an L shaped front porch, about 20 feet by 15 feet.
It has a roof. It is about 3 feet above the ground. There is dirt underneath.
I live in New Hampshire.
The porch faces South and West.
I would like to landscape UNDERNEATH the porch, I am hoping that some kinds of plants would thrive there. It is obviously completely shaded.
Can anyone think of ideas? WOuld moss grow?
Thank you.

| I have a very-shaded North/West deck. Right now there is grass, moss, ferns and raspberries growing under there (with no help from me). It's the one location draught conditions have never affected. I do actually get berries under there but don't always venture underneath to pick them. Let us know if you try anything there. Melissa in Canada |
