I hope you are okay. What a freaking nightmare. It just is so unreal!

I have been thinking about you in WLA (Lake Charles area?) all this past week. I hope that you, your home, your pets, and your beautiful plants and greenhouses are all okay.

My younger son, Joey and his little girl live in Spring, Texas. I tell you, I didn't get much sleep all last week. His car broke down and they couldn't get out. We thought it was going to hit there until it changed course last minute and went your way.

I live out in the country and can't get cable out here and our local news sucks at letting you know what is going on in the rest of the world, so do not know the extent of the damage down your way, but sure it must be bad...really bad.

Hope to soon hear that you are alive and well.
