Hey everyone, I work in a nursery and have a customer asking for a Edwin (well they initially said Edward) Pecan tree. I cannot find a single place that lists this as a pecan cultivar. Has anyone ever heard of this and knows where to get them? They are looking to plant a bunch of Pecans at a camp around the LA/MS Florida Parishes border. I know it's not a variety that the LSU ag center recommends for this area but I'd like to at least find out info on this variety before I talk them in to getting something else. Thanks for any help!

Maybe he is confusing it with an Elliot pecan.

USDA has a photo of 'Elgin' - but no description in their cultivar list
