Am considering purchasing the above for growing outdoors
in the NO area? Does anyone have these in their gardens, if so would like input on how well they do here. Also Pseuderanthe mum aka Estrella Fugas/Shooting Star. Thanks.

Apparently, no one has them.

WB,
The crossandras are beautiful and I have a friend with one in a sheltered microclimate that survived 26 degrees this winter; however I recommend you consider the justicas as an alternate because they are reliably hardy in your zone - or at least touted as such.
