crepe myrtles

Can anyone give me advice on what I can do to get rid of a mossy growth that is taking over my crepe myrtles. Is there anything that I can spray them with or what should I do? Thanks for any help I can get.

Are you talking about lichens? They're actually harmless. You're trees probably need fertilizing. Now is the time to do that.

The advice noted above is good but it is also possible that what you have is ball moss. Some more detailed description might help. Take a look at this link.
