I can't wait till spring too. I know we don't get much
cold weather but I've had enough already. My grandson
had "pruned" my angel's trumpet and it had started leafing
out already. And it got really cold last night. I don't know yet if it will make it. It looks like you are far enough inland to be fairly safe from the storms. If you visit around here you will still see a lot of blue roofs. So many trees are gone but I hope that in spring the ones that made it will leaf out and it won't look so bare around here. Is your new yard small or big? I bet if it looks good now, it will also look really good in spring. Good luck in your new yard.
