| It's that time again... The 11th annual Baton Rouge Earth Day Plant Swap is Saturday April 17th at the BREC Botantical Garden from 9-12. If you're in the area, please come by and swap your cuttings, seeds and plants. |

| There was an herb booth at the Brec Botanical Garden Plant sale. I bought day lillies and Louisiana Irises. Passed on the roses this year. There was also a vendor with Louisiana Native Plants. |

| Fun day! I read the post here & drove down from Alexandria for it. I had arranged to meet a friend who lives in BR & we went over to BREC together. I got lots of good info from the Vine Vendor in the sale area & the garden phlox that I got in the freebie swap area is doing well. Thanks for posting here - you never know who'll read your posts & turn up! |
