giant tomatoes

Can anyone tell me a good source for those 3 and 4 pound tomatoes? I just want to grow some for fun (and to impress my gardening relatives!) I'd prefer heirloom seeds, but the giant tomatoes may just be hybrids, I don't know.

I don't have much luck with growing large tomatoes, even though I am facinated by them ;I stick with the Romas and cherry types, Marion always does well for me even though they are never very large. I am inserting some links to some sites that have info on growing the big boys. Good luck and let me know they turn out.

Here is a good address for all types of tomatoes and unusual peppers. They have a great variety and also have the large type tomatoes like 'Morgage Lifter',Giant Belgium, etc. The name is Tomato Growers Supply Co. and their web address is
