That's direct from the Advertiser. Don't know why I had it firmly stuck in my (deficient) mind that it was in the middle of the month. Lake Charles is having a similar plant sale the same week-end (darn!). It should be well worth checking out too. The same person did most of the work to get both organized--she moved over there a few years after she got this one going. This is a great place to get plants you'll have trouble finding other places, and there are displays and at least one show from plant societies and the garden club. All the money raised goes to maintaining the Ira Nelson Horticulture Center, which is a VERY worthy cause! It was threatened with closure until people got together and said we couldn't be without it. Y'all come!
