| Does anyone have experience with smilax vines? Can this be kept in pots outdoors during winter (I am in Oxford) Does it need to go in the ground to survive winter? |

| I don't know exactly which species of smilax you're referring to, but I have S. bona nox growing wild all around here and I wish something would kill it... I call it 'Hellvine.' sea ya
