Hello all. I am very new to gardening and landscaping. We recently bought an old house, which the previous owners neglected the lawn. So I am in the process of rehabing the lawn but also planted some shrubs that will form the base for some landscaping in the backyard. I planted 10 recurve privets (ligustrum) 6 weeks ago. I water them every 4-5 days if we go without a decent rain shower. I was just wondering if anyone knew about how long it will be before I start to notice some real growth. They were in 1 gal pots when purchased. They all look to be the same size as the day I planted them.
