| anyone in la had experience with mugo pine. I had it in NJ and loved it but not sure if it can take the heat here. Any info would be appreciated |

| I think you're right, but I don't actually know. I too grew it elsewhere and loved it, but understand it won't like the heat and humidity. There must surely be other smaller-growing evergreens we can grow, but the ones I've tried haven't made it, and there are so many things that love the weather that I tend to concentrate on them. |
