alligator, or mother of millions plant

I'm in Northeast Ms., between Tupelo and Starkville. I'm loking for a plant called an alligator plant or sometimes called a mother of millions. It has striped leaves that produce tons of tiny babies that fall of and root. I think it's a succulent. Does anyone know where I can get one?

It's a Kalanchoe from Madagascar. In the rural south, it's a common plant. I just gave my last two to my Mom and my Mother-in-law.

Could also be devil's backbone...Bryophyllum Daigremontianum. They are very prolific!!! I'm still pulling them up out of my oregano bed from when I set the mother plant outside over the winter.
