Do roses get a fall flush here in South Louisiana? When would that be?

I'm not sure what you mean by a fall flush. If you mean a growth sprurt then yes. With the fall bloom just about over now is a good time to trim roses back before they start to push out new growth.

It depends on what roses you're talking about. Most chinas, teas, noisettes and moderns bloom continously all season but "once bloomers" bloom only in the spring.
