There are problems with the search engine and they are working on it. There are some messages in red relating to the problem and asking for patience.

Take off the "2" after forums in the web address after you get the error message. That has worked for me.

ie
http://forums2.gardenweb.com/forums/load/neweng/msg0115441323922.html
changes to
http://forums.gardenweb.com/forums/load/neweng/msg0115441323922.html

other times I've had to add the 2 to the address. hth
