I bought a bag of Pueblo beans from Purcell. They are lucious and huge. I saved 20 beans to plant and canned the rest. Does anyone have any growing information on these lovely beans? I'm assuming they're bush.

SSE has listed a bush dry bean called Black Pueblo with Pinto size black seeds. They also list a bush dry bean Taos Pueblo Red that has large red seeds. - Dick

Thank you Dick. The ones I have are totally white, and about the size of a nickel-sized ball.

Spent some more time on google and found that the Pueblo bean may be the same as Mortgage Lifter.
|
SSE does not seem to have any reference to a white seed Pueblo bean in their archives.
