Pole beans -- would this work?

The vegetable forum people apparently aren't interested in this question, though perhaps I unfairly tacked it onto another subject.

I'm trying to visualize ways to increase production of my beans without taking up more land-space and am wondering if this would work?

What if I planted FOUR rows of beans with a trellis between the two inner rows. The two other rows would be planted a couple of inches to the outside of the two inner rows and guided to climb up the beans which are climbing up the trellis, sort of like this?

The only question is whether the beans (Fortex on one trellis and Italian Green Pole beans on the other in another part of the garden) would be non-productive because of the climbing of the outer row on the inner row -- I think the roots would be fine in the 4-ft-wide raised bed. I'd space the beans at 5 or 6 inches rather than 4 inches.

Is this likely to be unsuccessful or should I try it?
