Purcell Mountain Farms has a few soup peas which they sell for eating. They say all their beans will sprout. However I don't see any of the peas you named on their list.

I've been looking around ad it seems that there are a number of Canadian places that sell varieties of dry soup peas. Most won't ship to the states, however, I did find a fellow in NS who would. So I'm looking forward to receiving several types of soup peas in the mail.

I think Heritage Harvest Seeds does too, I believe there is an extra $3 charge though.

This site doesn't have any of the varieties you named, but it has a bunch of soup peas. In fact, ONLY soup peas. It's a regional seed house, dedicated to Native American heirlooms.

there are three pages of soup peas listed in the SSE exchange 2010 yearbook including most of the varieties you listed. You might consider joining. It's a great way to support seed diversity. It's only my first year as a member but i plan to make it a habit ; )

Thanks for all the info & websites. I ended up buying Capucijner, King Tut, Canadian & St. Hubert from Annapolis Seeds in Nova Scotia. All four varieties grow 4.5 ft or more, so I will plant them on my pea/bean towers. I wish I could seperate them by the recommended 50 yds but 50 ft will have to do! Will let you know how they turn out.
