Sugar Snap Peas Sprouted in Bag

I went on vacation last week and came home to find that a bag of sugar snap peas had been left in a shopping bag on my counter. Almost all of them have sprouted and some even have 1/2 to 1 inch sprouts. What is the best way to plant these? Should I pull them out of their pods or can I plant the entire sprouted pod? Any advice would be much appreciated!

Plant the whole pods. Be careful with them!
