I'd guess it's either spider mites or some kind of mineral deficiency.

Spider mites are barely visible but spin little webs. Misting with water usually controls them since they like dry air, but if they are really bad some insecticidal soap or neem oil should do the trick.

For deficiencies (could be any number of things; see the link), try feeding (maybe foliar feeding) some liquid seaweed.

It also looks like it could be sunscald. Try to avoid wetting the leaves when the sun is directly on them.

Regarding pollination, bean flowers should self-pollinate without any interference from you, unless you are trying to cross-pollinate, then I defer to someone with much more expertise...
