Help, my pea is not growing!

I planted a few pea seedlings in Feb. After two months they grew only to 6 inch tall. Leaves are small and yellow. Other plants like tomato and beans are growing OK. What happened to my peas? I'm in SF bay area.

English peas like any other vegetable has to be planted by the moon signs. Or they will be stunted and bloom but not make. clh4596@ymail.com

Looks like a soil problem. Peas like a neutral Ph. Acidic soil will cause your problem. While there are people who swear by them, I have never paid any attention to moon signs. Peas like a deep loose soil with average nutrients. Bu if tomatoes and beans are doing ok, acidity may be your problem.
