Tiny bugs on beans?

Hello everyone! I have noticed recently that I have these tiny tiny bugs on the underside of my bush beans. They look striped and are very tiny! Could anyone tell me what they are? The beans do have some holes in some leaves. I sprayed them with Safer Insecticide.

Thanks for any ideas.
