Too late for soybeans?

Is it too late for soybeans? I have a bunch of envy soybeans in seed packets. If I planted them now, would they produce before, say, the end of September? They are supposedly a very early variety, listing 75 days as the time to maturity, but I don't know if that is meant to be from germination or from transplant.

I'm in central California. I am in the coastal mountains around 800 feet above sea level. We usually have warm days through September, although the nights can be chilly. We don't get any snow. In mid-winter we get some frost on the ground but it thaws quickly with the daylight.
