I picked a handful of the 'Little White Rice' I'm growing in the greenhouse for dinner tonight, I took a closeup so the pods are not as big as shown in the picture. I also picked a handful of 'Comtesse de Chambord' as well, they're a slightly smaller bean. Raw both of these are quite sweet. So it's teriyaki marinated strip loins, beans, cauliflower and a baked potato for dinner tonight and later on a piece of chocolate velvet cake to round it out :).

This is the earliest we've ever had beans, not bad for the PNW, seems funny as I'm just getting in some of the pole beans on this year's grow list.
