Pressure Canning Beans Question?

I have a very old pressure canner and have never used it until this week. I was pressure canning my greens beans and I read the directions and did what they said. I followed the instructions: waiting for water to steam out of the top; wait 10 minutes. Put the weight on 10 and wait for the jiggler to jiggle. Well it never jiggled and I noticed that the lid was dripping water slowly onto the stove top. So after about 15 minutes I but the timer on for another 10 minutes total of 25 minutes. The next day I was doing the second batch and the box had another rubber band that goes around the lid and so I replaced it, thinking this was my problem with my weight not jiggling. Yup! That was it. My weight was just jiggling away and so I continued with the directions. So my question is, are my first patch of green beans possibly not canned correctly? Since the lid on the pot was leaking some, the pressure possibly could have never gotten high enough, possibly allowing these green bean to get contaminated over long term storage. Can I just open these green beans and re-can them? Or do I need to just throw them out? So sad as it is 7 quart jars! :( Thanks for any help.
