| My sugar snap pea seed's rooter seems to have something growing on it. Am I in trouble? Do I need to get this thing out of the system? Help me out, the pictures are in the link!
Thanks in advance! |

| Green, how are your peas doing? Did they sprout? |

| they didn't. i got them out of my dome. the rooters i was using must have kept the peas too wet, cause they just wanted to rot instead of sprout. i'm thinking i just need to go back to the paper towel method for germinating peas=) |

| Sorry about the rot; hope it didn't destroy too many of your good seeds. I have had no luck with those pop-uppers myself and at one time wasted many a good bean seed on them. They suffered the same fate as your peas. Germinating peas on wet paper towels is a good tried-and-true method. Hope in a few months you'll have lots of delicious ppods. |

| it was actually a fortunate occurance, looking at it from a certain perspective. ALL of the peppers I sowed germinated, so I'm scrambling to build another hydro system to accomodate them as it is. I wouldn't have even known what to do if the peas made it. I'll sprout those peas once my pepper crop is canned and I've got space for ppods! |

| I'm glad it all worked out well for you.... |
