| I have planted 27 bush bean plants, do you think that will give me enough for a couple meals? Do I need more? Have no idea about the amount you get per plant.
TIA |

| That should give you a couple meals. I'm always inclined to plant more. You'll see whether you'll want more and be able to plant accordingly next time. If you have space, and would like, you could plant more. Then, if you don't want to pick them all, you can let some go to seed and have more seed for next year : ) George |

| Can you ever plant enough beans? LOL! Two years ago I planted 2 - 20 foot rows. I had enough to freeze and lasted all winter long. Last year, I had a lot of pests and only 4 plants survived. They were enough to give us a few meals though. This year I've planted them wherever I had a little space. If I have extra and the freezer is full, I'll push them on the inlaws! |
