I was just looking at the Yellow Wax Bean thread. Are all yellow beans wax beans? What does it mean to be a wax bean? Is this opposed to greasy beans which are shiny?

Wax beans have yellow waxy looking pods almost from git go. Which is probably why they are called wax beans. Other wise they are about the same a green podded beans in growth and culture. Flavor is quite different tho. and Yes all of them are yellow podded.
